Der in der Schweiz ansässige Filehoster Rapidshare hat mitgeteilt, daß in Zukunft häufiger Nutzerkonten gelöscht werden sollen, von Nutzern die es mit dem Urheberrecht nicht so ganz genau nehmen.
Rapidshare reagiert damit offenbar auf verlorene Prozesse gegen GEMA und deutsche Buchverlage.
